Working Principle

The gas from the stabilized gas source is dried and becomes dry gas. It is accurately divided into two by mass flow control device. One of the streams (flow rate is Qw) is passed through a saturator to make it water (or ice) after heat exchange. The thermodynamic phase equilibrium state (ie, reaching saturation), its relative humidity is 100% RH, and the other (flow rate is QD) after heat exchange (still dry gas), its relative humidity is 0% RH, and the previous saturation After the moisture is mixed evenly, it enters the test chamber.
